I used Austin to buy my first home a couple weeks ago. I was understandably nervous and cautious about the entire experience and he did a great job of walking me through the process and explaining every step. Austin took care of scheduling all of the appointments, contractual and inspection paperwork, and coordinated with my lender on my behalf. His expert negotiating skills got me the absolute best deal possible and his knowledge of the area and professionalism was first rate. You will be hard pressed to find another realtor who works as hard or is as committed to helping you find your dream home as Austin is. 10/10 would recommend.

The first time my husband and I met Austin we weren't very serious about purchasing a home at the time. We called the relator that was listed on the houses we were looking at out in Alvaton. That realtor was Austin! We were only calling for more information on the houses that we were interested in. Instead of just telling us, 15 minutes later he showed up to show us the inside of probably 10 new builds. The whole time we didn't feel any pressure from Austin to buy anything that we were comfortable with. After that first encounter to now we have almost know each other for a little under a year. Austin was an excellent realtor. From his knowledge of the local area, to his above and beyond client service - Austin worked with us tirelessly until we found a home that was right for us. We were moving from a different city during the COVID-19 pandemic (which made purchasing a home feel stressful). Austin helped ease our stress. He took time out of his evenings and weekends to show us homes - to send videos of homes we were interested in - and always gave us sound advice. Austin was never pushy. Austin helped me with my recent house purchase 5/2020. He was super knowledgeable regarding the city of bowling green and gave great advice about locations/school districts/amenities/etc. I did the majority of my hunt during the peak of the Covid pandemic and he was still incredibly responsive and I don’t think I would have been able to get the house of my dreams without his hard work. He organized multiple virtual tours and for my in person tours he organized very time efficient and thoughtful routes around bowling green. And also provided PPE and hand sanitizer! Overall, his attitude, responsiveness and work ethic definitely make him a standout choice when you’re trying to make one of the largest financial decisions of your life. Austin helped my wife and I find a house in a short period of time and with us being almost 2800 miles away! He prepared many properties for us to look at for the one day we were in town and we saw them ALL. Austin is very polite and extremely professional and very knowledgeable in property sales.
